Meet Anthonia, founder of Peculiar Wellness Center, a space born from a deep passion for holistic, patient-centered care. With over two decades of healthcare experience, she is a doctorally prepared and dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC). Anthonia understands that healing begins with trust, compassion, and collaboration. Her journey into mental health and wellness care was inspired by witnessing how often patients’ emotional and physical needs were overlooked or treated separately. She founded Peculiar Wellness Center to bridge that gap, offering a place where mental, emotional, and physical health are nurtured together.
Anthonia’s mission is simple yet powerful: to empower individuals to reclaim their balance, confidence, and well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma or seeking preventative and wellness services, her approach integrates therapy, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and supportive interventions.
